Boutique Wedding Photographer in Marbella
Weddings are such a special time, with such care going into planning and details that they deserve to be photographed with equal care, ensuring that all the unseen effort of the day is remembered.
I am honored to be a wedding photographer, as I believe it comes with great responsibility to capture the details, the emotions and the moments as they unfold, without interrupting them or taking the focus off what is truly important.
All weddings, big or small, deserve amazing photography and my goal is to make it available to everyone. Some photographers don't offer half-day packages, or accept smaller shoots during high-season because they could charge more for a full day, but I do. I love shooting small weddings because it reminds me of my own destination wedding, with just our closest friends and family.
All my packages are flexible, nothing is set in stone. Contact me and we'll talk about your day!

Pricing & Budget
When planning your wedding budget, think about the long term value you will receive from each item. For example, flowers and food barely last the night. The dress is seen once or twice. The DJ/band is there for one night. However, your wedding album will last a lifetime (or possibly, several generations). Your photographer will still be working on your wedding long after it is over, with the greatest care being put into every detail of your album.
Heirloom Wedding Album packages start at 950€, including digital images, and a beautiful custom album from Italy.
If you're really set on just getting digital images, or don't have the budget for a wedding album, we can still work together! "Photography only" digital wedding packages start at 400€ for ceremony coverage and digital images.
All sorts of options in between are available too... Contact me for more details.

What is your style of shooting during a wedding?
I tend to disappear into the background and capture the day as it happens, without interference from me. When it comes time for the couple portraits and family group photos, I will step out of that role and help people feel comfortable in front the camera and show them how to pose. Once those shots are over, I go back into candid mode. With this approach, you get the best of both worlds; the traditional formal shots, and the more modern looking "documentary" style images.
I'm on a small budget, can you help me?
I'm more than happy to accomodate weddings of all sizes and budgets. In fact, that's what I do most often. I'll come out for whatever amount of time you need and we'll get some great shots!
I'm able to be flexible because I work from home, and have no studio overhead costs. Also, I focus on the quality of the images rather than the quantity. So you can rest assured that you won't be cutting any corners with regards to amazing wedding photos if you hire me for just a couple of hours.
Can you really get great photos in just a few hours?
Absolutely! A beautiful photo can be captured in 1/250th of a second! Plenty of beautiful photos will be provided even with my smallest 2-hour package. Check out this wedding for example. All these shots were taken in 3 hours. Another example, this couple hired me for their small wedding at a private villa, and all shots were captured in under 2 hours.
How much time should I allow for my group photos?
In an ideal world you'd have 15-20 minutes for your family and group photos and another 30 minutes for your bridal portraits and wedding party photos. (Even more awesome if you can arrange them just before sunset!)
Can I get the digital images?
Yes! All high resolution images will be provided via digital download, fully color corrected and ready for print and web use. (In our effort to go ¨green¨, we don´t burn DVDs anymore.)
When do we do the engagement session?
That is up to you. We can arrange an engagement session a couple months in advance or even just a week in advance. It all depends on how much time you have before your wedding day and if you want to make a guestbook or prints in time for the wedding. A guestbook takes up to 2 months. Keep in mind that Engagement sessions do need to be booked in advance as most weekends will fill up with weddings quite early in the year.
Do you do destination weddings?
I am currently in San Pedro de Alcantara. This is very near Marbella, Puerto Banus, La Cala, Mijas and Estepona on the Costa del Sol in Southern Spain. If you are getting married elsewhere, send me a quick email with the location and date and we'll see if it works out!
Can I make my own prints?
Yes, you certainly can, but we highly recommend that any important enlargements be ordered from us for two reasons. 1) We can not guarantee the print life or archival quality of any printed images that are not supplied by us. 2) The files supplied (although technically perfect) will not have been processed or cropped and re-sized for printing on any specific printing device. All prints ordered from us are specifically formatted made by a professional lab so that they turn out exactly as they should. When you meet with us for the first time, we will show you samples of various prints from different places so you can see the difference. You can see some print examples on this blog post.
How many images will I get?
I take an unlimited number of images and then sort and edit them to provide you with only the best ones. Generally you will get 50-60 delivered final images per hour of shooting. Please see my blog post about final images if you're interested in learning how I process photos!
